Homework: Current Events in Research Assessment
Purpose of Homework
The homework takes students immediately into the most contemporary uses and applications for business research. Students have the opportunity to use the University Library to locate research examples that can be related to their current employment.
Task
Locate an article in the University Library that contains a research study in the same area as your own job or an area you desire to be a part of someday.
Write a 1,050 words research assessment in which you do the following:
1) Describe the business research process followed in the study.
2) Identify the research problem, the research design approach, and research method used.
3) Discuss how the research might help solve the problem.
4) Discuss how a study, such as the one you located, could be applied to your own work.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
