Based on the project you selected for the discussion board, describe the activities that occurred during each of the phases of the project life cycle. Did your project go through all four phases? If not, which phases did it not go through and why?
How was feedback and revision managed within your project? Based on what you recently learned about the project life cycle, what would you do differently next time if you were involved with a similar project?
Part B
Provide either a professional or personal situation where you had to balance several project constraints. How did you decide to handle the situation? Were you successful? What would you do differently next time?
Part C
Think of a project in which you are currently involved.
a. Describe the objectives, scope, schedule, cost, and any assumptions made for the project.
b. Where are you currently in the project life cycle?
c. Do you feel the project has a realistic schedule? Why or why not?
d. How were resources assigned to the project? Did you agree with the process? Have the assignments been successful?
e. Is anyone currently monitoring the progress of the projects? What is the current status of the project?
f. Have any changes been made to the scope of the project? If so, how were the changes handled?
g. Describe some unexpected circumstances or risks that could impact the success of the project.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
