Your textbook discusses alternatives to traditional prosecution. Analyze these alternatives by describing, comparing, and providing an example of each of the following:
Diversion (four forms), deferred prosecution, and deferred sentencing. Also provide your opinion of each alternative, including any concerns that each raises.
