Riordan's main objective is to enhance sustainability of its products and processes. Separate but related component of this campaign is to enhance sustainable practices in offices at each plant. Offices are being asked to support this effort by developing green programs, like generating lower waste, improving energy efficiency, and carpooling.

Deliverables
o Decrease solid office waste volume by 50%.
o Lower energy consumption by 10%.
o Increase carpooling to over 50% of the staff.
o Decrease disposable break room products by 75%.
