Practice Improvement Model using Current Nursing Leadership Strengths and Philosophy.
Each student is asked to consider their leadership growth and evolution in their own practice improvement model of nursing as well as their leadership strengths as identified. The reflection should be 3 to 5 pages of the body and cover the following areas.
a. Overview of your current professional leadership strengths and nursing philosophy. (use your leadership strengths assessment in your discussion)
b. Lessons learned to date pertaining to nursing leadership. (what situations or lessons learned which has significantly improved your practice).
c. Utilizing the concepts listed below.
d. Describe specific areas that you would like to focus on to attain your (use personal goals in professional development).
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
