Assume that you are in a job interview for a position in your field. The interviewer is using situational and behavioral questions to test your thought processes and to find out how you have reacted in specific situations. For each of the following two questions, write your response as you would deliver it in the interview. First question: Your supervisor has just told you that she is dissatisfied with your work, but you think it's acceptable. How would you resolve the conflict? Second question: Describe a situation in which you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to see things your way.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
