A 72-year-old female is referred to the psychiatric clinic by her primary provider for an in-depth assessment. The patient needs a new PMH-NP. Her previous PNH-NP had moved out of state, and the previous PMH-NP referred the patient to another behavioral clinic, but the patient did not like the clinic staff.
