Scenario:
Looking into the case notes of a client named David, you came to know that he has a mental health problem and has been suffering from severe depression since his divorce when he came to know that his wife was cheating on him when he was in the police custody. Currently, David lives with his father and believes that all women are disloyal as his stepmother also cheated on his father. David has been through many challenges since his birth mother passed away when he was only six years old. Due to his mental health problem, he has no circle of friends and stays at home all the time. He is also suffering from obesity and other health problems. During your chat with David, you came to know that he believes that there is no solution to his problem and he will get rid of his sufferings once he dies.
