You are a human services professional working in a community organization that provides support to diverse foster families caring for children ages two through five. Your supervisor has requested that you create an evidence-based community program with activities for the foster parents with preschool-age children. This program should promote positive developmental functioning in preschoolers and take cultural diversity into account. In your initial post, describe one activity that you might execute with the families and the preschoolers, providing at least one reference to the research that would support that activity.
