I collaborated with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans, monitored patients' conditions, and documented their progress to ensure comprehensive and quality care.
General Medicine unit Royal Alex hospital May 2022. As a nursing student on an internal medicine unit, my role involves assisting with providing holistic and comprehensive care to patients with diverse medical conditions through assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications, coordinating treatments, and collaborate through the guidance of a clinical instructor.
General ortho surgery June 2022:
As a nursing student on a rotation at the surgery unit, I have learned & observed from experienced healthcare professionals as well as assisting with preoperative and postoperative patient care under supervision. Additionally, I have collaborated with the healthcare team & provided patient education, care, support and maintained accurate documentation of their condition.
