Describe motion as function of time of rigid body

A rigid body having radius of gyration at its mass center of 60 cm is constrained to rotate about a location 100 cm from its mass center. The mass of the body is 10 kg. Ball bearings are used to reduce friction at the suspending pin joint. The damping coefficient for rotation about the pin joint is given by c = 2 N·m·s. If the mass center of the body is displaced 3 cm to the left of its equilibrium position and released from rest, describe the motion as a function of time.
