Problem
Make at least two 2-second lean improvements. Take a before and after photo to share as evidence. Add one-two sentence description describing what you did and which of the 8 wastes were improved. Improvements at work are preferred. However, you may make an improvement at home. 3s activities qualify as lean improvements. If a photo is not permitted because of work confidentiality issue, then state that in the description and describe in more detail as if you had a photo. The improvements do not need to take a long time. If you make improvements that are only a few minutes to implement, you should make more than two improvements.
