I. Think about how classical conditioning applies to your own life. Please identify one aspect of your own behavior (one bodily, emotional, or other psychological response) that you believe has come about due to classical conditioning. Describe in a few sentences what the conditioning process was that (as best as you can hypothesize) brought about this classically conditioned response in you. In order to receive full credit for this question, be sure to identify the UCS and CS, and how they were paired, and identify the UCR and CR.
II. Think about how operant conditioning applies to your own life. Identify one aspect of your own behavior that you believe has come about due to operant conditioning. Describe in a few sentences what the conditioning process was that (as best as you can hypothesize) brought about this operantly conditioned response in you. In other words, identify the reinforcing or punishing consequences that strengthened or weakened your behavior. To receive full credit for this question, you must identify the type of punishment (response cost, aversive punishment) or reinforcement (positive reinforcement, negative reinforcement) illustrated in your example.
