Pick a religious festival celebrated in Italy and present it to the class. When is the festival and where does it take place (i.e., is it regional or national)? Who participates in this festival? Describe the important cultural symbols and the historical details (i.e., when did it start and what event it relates to). Provide one or two multimedia details you find (i.e., a link to a video or an image of the festivities).
Pick an Italian saint and present him/her to the class. Describe the saint and his/her background. Who were they? When was the saint canonized? Are there events or holidays associated with the saint? Include a small picture.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
