Choose one of the theories of motivation explained in the reading/videos and relate it to the real world
1) Identify your specific theory and then list of a common saying OR a movie clip that the theory relates too.
Include the name of the theory, your chosen saying or movie video and a specific explanation of how the theory and saying/movie are related.
2) Describe how your idea and the theory go together!
3) List of the top three things you learned about motivational climate. Then provide a one-paragraph overview of how you will use these three ideas in the future to improve the motivation of others!
