Assignment: Value-Driven Business Profile
Creating a Values-Driven Business Profile- The goal is to create some basic elements of a new company that are driven by the values you selected. Think of this as a document you will distribute to new employees during their first week on the job. The document should be no less than 2,000 words and follow the format below (you must provide a "word count"). Use resources from the class along with external resources that support your statements. Remember to utilize your values as the basis for creating policies and guidelines for your company.
It should, at a minimum, include the following elements. More elements could be included based on your specific industry. Students are encouraged to be creative in design and format for this project!

5. How Customers are treated
6. How Vendors are treated
7. How Competitors are treated
8. Describe how your company will impact the local community.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
