After describing how you would respond, describe the different types of responses that might be offered by a passive communicator, an aggressive communicator, and an assertive communicator. Did your personal response reflect any of these three styles? If you would want to react differently, what words, phrases, or non-verbal indicators might you change?
Scenario: You are working on an important task with a close deadline. Colleagues in the adjacent cubicles are celebrating a birthday, and you are having a difficult time concentrating on your work. What would you do?
