Describe how you committed your memory palace to memory

Problem

The following is my memory:

It is my parent's house that I consider to be my memory palace. It is still the family home they have lived in since I was a child. Upon entering the front door, you will find the bathroom straight ahead, followed by the living room to the left as you walk in. The living room is on the left side of the house and there are two couches on the left as well as a portion of an open wall that leads to the long and narrow kitchen on the right side of the house. It is at the far end of the kitchen that there is our large dining room, which has a large oak table surrounded by 10 gray fabric chairs arranged in a circle.

i. Describe how you committed your memory palace to memory.

ii. Describe how you associated your memory palace with the fight-or-flight response

iii. Wait a few days, then "visit" your palace, and describe how well you were able to recall the items associated with The fight-or-flight response concept that you chose. Why was (or wasn't) it successful? How might you improve its effectiveness?
