Problem
Find a current magazine or newspaper article about viruses. Make sure your article is about biological viruses, not the computer kind! Your article can cover any aspect of any virus -- it can be about a newly discovered virus, AIDS, Ebola, the flu (an "influenza" virus), or anything. It can address cures for the viruses, or it can describe how the virus is affecting the population it infects. Feel free to look for articles about plant viruses too...there are plenty of those!
Online resources are fine to look for an article too but just beware of websites that are not reputable (drug company websites, for example).
Once you've got your article, you'll want to READ IT, of course, and then write up a summary that describes what the article is about. Be sure to cite the article itself at the end of your paper -- letting me know exactly how to find the actual article so that I can compare your summary with the original.
