Understanding morality and trying to make the best moral decision in every situation can be complicated depending on the following circumstances 1-knowledge, 2- abilities, 3- taxes, 4-age 5-education, and 6- time. In a sense, people who lack knowledge in one of the theses of a specific area cannot be held accountable for negative actions or results.
