Using Online and other academic resources, research a Supreme Court case relating to one of these amendments. You will want to locate a case that impacted the job of police (local, state, or federal) or correctional (jail, prison, probation) workers.
After selecting a Supreme Court case compose a paper addressing the following:
Identify and provide a brief summary of the case. What logic was used by the Supreme Court justices in making this decision?
Describe how the case impacted the criminal justice system, what changed as a result of the court decision?
Do you personally agree with the court's decision? Explain your rational.
