Problem:
Provide an outline of capacity building. Find an asset based community development project (ABCD) that applies capacity building. A project is not a strategy, framework or policy such as 'Close the Gap'. Look for a small local project in a community, it can be anywhere in the world. Outline the project simply and describe how capacity building is demonstrated in the project.
For example; describe how people are empowered or how they are able to self determine through this project.
