Assignment: Motivational Factors
Write a 2 to 3 pages paper that analyzes the motivational factors for each situation. Include the following in your response:
a. What level(s) of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs does each person exhibit? Suggest one or two levels and explain.
b. Which type of motivation is each person in the case study exhibiting? Please explain.
c. Do you think that goal setting applies to any of the individual situations in the case study? Explain your answer.
d. Describe how one of the individual's situation in the case study applies to McClellan's Theory of Needs.
e. Which situation in the case study is an example of the Equity Theory of Motivation? Please explain how the situation relates to that theory.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
