Assistance required for the following assignment:
1. Write a short paragraph refreshing my memory regarding the organization or subdivision of that organization that you are studying in your SLP.
2. Describe the values and norms that might be unique to your organization.
3. Describe how newcomers into your organization are socialized. Does that process of socialization consider diversity?
4. Tell me whether there are differences as to how new members of your organization are socialized, and the bases for those differences (i.e., are there differences in values and norms across units, departments, or business lines?). Are there any formal and informal differences?
