Question 1: How much chemical energy (in moles of energy rich phosphate bonds in ATP) is gained when a yeast cell converts 1 micromol (0,18 mg) of glucose to ethanol.

Question 2: Why might you expect the locus that governs lactose tolerance/intolerance to not be in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium?
