Describe effective leadership in health care using the information from the textbook, research, and leadership models. Select an organization, identify at least three leadership models or theories that are applicable and why. Examine leadership effectiveness and determine traits, behaviors, and contemporary issues related to the industry. Use specific examples of how a HCO achieved success by making leadership decisions that were successful or how leaders were able to determine the right direction based on organizational resources. Focus of decision making, ethics, organizational factors, governance, etc.
