Make a report structure for the assessment deliverable that you present at the end of your evaluation. It is important to present this to the potential customer so that they have some idea of the content that they will receive at the end of the assessment. If the customer can understand this after the request for information (RFI) stage, it will make for a stronger presentation and response for the proposal (RFP) stage of the engagement. Describe each section of the report structure and why that section is important.
