Problem: Imagine that you are a high level HR manager at a large advertising agency. Most of the employees at the agency are involved in highly creative, artistic work. The agency is understaffed and experiencing relatively high turnover. Workload is high, deadlines are short, and people are working long hours. Results of a recent organizational survey found that employees are feeling high levels of stress, and that some of them are even getting burned out. Agency executive leaders recognize that they need to hire more staff, but they need time to develop a good hiring and on boarding plan. So they ask you to design three interventions that will reduce stress and burnout in the short term that you can put in place over the next few weeks. Note that it will be impossible to simply reduce workload, change deadlines, or reduce working hours. Please describe these three interventions. Be specific about what each intervention is and why it should reduce stress/burnout.

You will describe each of the three interventions and why each should work as answers to THREE separate questions that will look very similar to each other.
