This assignment is submitted using software called Write Experience. The link to Write Experience is available in the online course shell. Familiarize yourself with this software prior to submitting your assignment.
Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:
1. Describe each of the ‘Big 5’ personality traits. For each trait, provide an example of how it might contribute positively to an individual’s performance.
Your assignment must follow these Write Experience formatting requirements:
• Write your response directly into the “My Writing Space” window, or write your response in a word processing program and copy and paste into the “My Writing Space” window.
• If using MS Word, it is recommend you copy and paste into MS Notepad, and then copy and paste again into the Write Experience “My Writing Space” window. This will help eliminate extraneous formatting characters that can be carried over when pasting directly from MS Word.
• Before submitting your response, ensure it is formatted to New Times Roman font (size) 12 pt.
