Based on your capstone project topic: High Blood Pressures in African American Communities, write below 4 areas how effective you will be as a home health nurse with your preceptor. 2 to 3 pages.
1. What contact and or arrangement have you made with the selected filed experience site
2. Describe the daily duties and task of your proposed preceptor and how they will relate to your field experience.
3. What kind of services, population, and resources does your proposed site provide that will relate to your field.
4. Describe how the site provide appropriate learning opportunities for the application of knowledge (theory, methodological, research) skill to practice, and the development of professional competence, including appropriate facility to enhances learning ( adequate workspace, access to telephone and computer for site-relate work)
