Also, describe how you track performance over time and set short, medium-range, and long-term goals.

This assignment should be done in 3 pages or less. The document should be single-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font, with 1-inch margins on all sides. Feel free to use diagrams/charts as needed (these do not count against the 3-page limit).
