A description of a community that you chose to assess in this course for your Scholar-Practitioner Project. Include in your description sociodemographic and geographical characteristics (e.g., urban, rural, race, ethnicity, gender, or age distribution). Describe what you perceive to be a public health problem in that community and explain why.
