Making changes in our behavior requires consistent monitoring of our progress. As you review your journal, identify areas of strengths and improvement as well as factors that influence your ability to change (i.e. social support). For the purpose of this course you will be asked to submit your responses to a series of questions at different times throughout the semester. Be honest in your assessment of your progress toward reaching your goal outlined in the Behavior Change Contract. This is your personal journey and the information you share will be kept confidential and reviewed only by the instructor.
