Leadership Discussion
After looking at the readings titled Leadership & Human Behavior 1 & 2, discuss the relationship between employees and their organization and organizational leadership. Using the theories outlined in those readings, describe briefly what you see as the responsibility each entity (i.e. employees - organization - organizational leadership) has to each of the others? What can and should each entity do to improve their relationship to the others?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
