Deliverable : Network security plan (Securing the Network) to include architecture drawing that address the following.
1. Update the existing network to incorporate wireless technology, including BYOD and SMART phones.
a. Describe at least 3 possible attacks on the wireless network, including one for cell phones.
b. Provide security controls/mitigations for each of these three attacks.
2. Update the existing network to incorporate online ordering for GIZMO.
a. Describe an attack on the online ordering form, hosted at the Web server, connected to the database server, and how this would be mitigated.
b. What recommendation would you make to secure data at rest at the database Server, as well as for data in transit between the Web server and customer?
3. Provide an access control solution that allows for choice between both strong and weak access control methods.
a. Discuss the vulnerabilities associated with their passwords and provide a technical recommendation.
