Submit a 2 to 3 pages process evaluation of your program in which you:
1) Identify and describe the target population
2) Identify and describe any challenges in your program's processes
3) Identify and describe any challenges in your program's resources
4) Identify appropriate data sources
5) Make recommendations on how your program can be run more effectively.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
