Analyze and evaluate the organization's internal environment.
i. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of your organization, including an assessment of the organization's resources.
ii. Identify the most important internal environmental factors
iii. Describe and evaluate the structure of the organization; and the influence the structure has on its performance.
iv. Determine and describe the organization's competitive position and the possibilities this provides
