Investigate the leadership styles of the Facebook COO, Sheryl Sandberg and the effects on others using multiple references (business journals, newspapers, the Internet and other credible sources). Use these sources to evaluate her core competencies, values, etc. and ultimate effect on others.

Research and evaluate her leadership based on the topics of leadership.
