• Describe and analyze the belief system that serves as the foundation for your organization's culture. Describe and analyze the belief systems for two or three people with whom you work. Where can you find "a common ground for doing business" with the organization and/or individuals based on your own standards?
• Discuss how important it is to you that your organization's workplace values are in accordance with your own values. What are the dangers of a disconnection between workplace values and individual values? Any examples?
