To know a business well, you must be able to describe it as an interaction of all the processes that move the product or service from start to finish. This means being able to create a process flow diagram of the business and document each process with its inputs, value added, and outputs. Research the topic of "Process" and cite references that build on the text materials to show the benefits of understanding a business as a system built of inter-related processes. Create three well though-out paragraphs that address the topic question with laser focus and show the references and websites you used for your citations.
