You can select an actual or hypothetical setting, situation, and learner population, but the analysis must include demographic data that actually correlate with your learner population.
Identify and describe the following:
1. Learning gap or learning opportunity to be addressed by the learning intervention.
2. Goal or goals of the intervention.
3. The learners (audience).
4. Learning environment and context.
5. Measurable Learning Outcomes (knowledge, skills, processes, procedures) students will be required to demonstrate after completion of the learning event.
6. Upon completion of the analysis phase/data collection, you must create terminal performance objectives using Bloom's Taxonomy verb hierarchy and classify each created objective using Bloom's taxonomy and Gagne's types of learning.
