Identify and describe an example of any organization's change process that includes policy review, approval, revision and implementation. In describing the organizational change process, identify who would be involved and responsible for revisions and implementation. In addition, explain how the budget can be considered through the change process to inform policy decision making. In the description, provide examples of how politics, equity, inclusion, diversity, values, and ideology can impact policy considerations and recommendations.
