If you had more money than Bill Gates (the richest man in the world, or at least in the top 2) and you wanted to facilitate a major change in technology and earn a return on your investment, would you give your money (I am talking about billions of dollars) to a large big company who has been in the technology field for a long time and has been very profitable or would you give it to a small startup company. Why? Who is in the better position to facilitate change?
Describe the differences between these two types of companies as far as business goals, objectives, business processes, change processes, ability to change, ability to implement change.
