Describe an corporate bullying or groupthink

Assignment:

John entered the meeting with a strong passion regarding where he wanted to see the project timeline changed. Joe, the most senior team member believed the project timeline is fine on the current track. After Joe gave his adamant input, one member after another quickly joined in agreement - seemly afraid of Joe's seniority. Even though John knows the critical impact the project has on the strategic direction of the company he just couldn't bring himself to speak up after Joe seemed to control the room. He felt it was better to maintain good relations than to truly solve the scheduling problem. This is an example of: Corporate bullying or Groupthink or Groupshift or Small voice.
