Prepare a two page report analyzing the relationships between muscular skeletal structures and their movements about any muscle group they have learned about so far in class
Use the following questions to guide your writing:
1. Think about the topic in regards to the muscle group which was presented throughout the course. Name muscles/group and discusses the attachment sites including origins, insertions, joints and notable bony landmarks.
2. Describe agonist, antagonist, and synergist in a muscle group or region you have already learned about.
3. Compare and contrast isotonic, isometric, and concentric contractions in regards to the muscle group or region you have already learned about.
Your paper must be typed and in APA format including: Title Page, 12pt. Font New Times Roman, 1 Inch Margins, Double Spaced, and include a Reference Page.
