Problem:

Question 1: What would be the result if the sternocostal diarthroses were to become fibrous and could no longer move easily?

question 2: Tina wants to become a physical therapist and has begun volunteering at a local hospital. The nurse instructed her on how to transfer patients. For patients requiring more assistance, the nurse told Tina to reach through the patients axillae and place her hands on the patients scapula during the transfer. She told her to avoid placing hands or pressure in the axilliae area. Based on your knowledge of the shoulder joint, explain why this area should be avoided.
