Problem:
Note the difference in systolic pressure value between when the sound actually began, was detected by the stethoscope transducer, as was recoreder, and the time when the observer first hear the sound and pressed the event marker keystroke (Example 141 mmHg - 135 mmHG).
Question: What factors could account for this difference? Would the observed difference be the samee if measure by another observer? Explain your answer.
We did this activity in lab and our partner was hooked up to a EKG machine and we had to listen for the heart beats once we heard the beat we had to notify our partner, for the first and last beat we heard.
