Think about a young adult group you have participated in, formally or informally (with peers or other social gatherings) and responding to each of the following questions. Describe a group that you've been involved in that you enjoyed. In retrospect, what was it about the group that made it pleasant? Describe a group you've been involved with that you didn't enjoy. In retrospect, what was it about this group that made it unpleasant for you? As we learn about group planning and preparation, what role do you think these may have played in your experience of these groups? How do you think your developmental stage at the time of the group impacted your experience?
