i. You are the owner of a small business. You have called a staff meeting for your employees. What would you say to them concerning the importance of attendance and positive character traits and how these affect the company?

v. Organizational skills are critical for a business as well as student success. How do you stay organized to ensure deadlines/goals are met?

vi. What are some methods you would use to ensure effective communication is taking place?
