Describe a time where you felt a certain group (or a person from a certain group) surprised you by treating you in a way that you didn't expect.
Using two concepts from the Social Psychology research (i.e., superordinate goals, social exchange theory), explain how these 2 identified concepts lessened the gap between the Ingroup/Outgroup phenomenon.
